Welcome!

Hello, and welcome to SilverStar's Creative Gaming! I am your host, Ross, A.K.A. SilverStar. This blog is dedicated to one of my lifelong passions, gaming. I started out writing game reviews for the Knights of Honor, a Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy guild, a few years back. After the guild closed its doors, I continued writing reviews for the games I'd finished, but never did anything with them. I knew that I would like to eventually host them on a blog, but never got around to doing so until I launched my first blog, SilverStar's Creative Musings, in late February. As that blog progressed, it moved more toward focusing on short stories and fiction writing discussions to the point that continuing to post game reviews seemed inappropriate. So I've decided to move those reviews here. Every Friday, you will see a review for either a retail or independent game. At some point, I may also write about mods and game development news, but that's still some time off; if I decide to pursue it at all. So again, welcome to SilverStar's Creative Gaming!
